Edi's Diamond Eye!
Edi Heide has a Diploma in Gemology and is a Fellow of the Gemological Association of Australia. He also recently completed a Diploma in Diamond Technology. "This is so we can understand what we are getting when we buy and our customers can be given information on what they are buying". The laws says "If I know I have to tell you. If employees don't know about gems, they are not required, by law, to tell the customer how the stones are treated, the quality, how they are formed and where they come from" says Edi.
